Deads
worked up to 625

Speed deads
sets at 535

3" Deficit Deads
sets at 515

BB Shrugs
sets at 515

BB Rows
sets at 320

Chins
BW on all sets (296.5 today)

Abs

Last hard workout before deload then maxes. Lifts were all easy, but I have a bad habit of pulling with all back from the knees up. I need to really focus on this for maxes to prevent hitching.
