training 10/12

Push Press
sets up to 285

Speed Push Press
sets at 240

Push Press with mini-bands
missed 260 again this week, did the sets at 225 against the bands to make sure they got done. Not sure what is going on with the banded. I've nailed 255 against the bands, I could easily jerk the weight, so its frustrating...

Military Press on knees
sets at 205

Close Grip Incline
sets at 235

Axle Front Raises
sets at 85

Axle Curls
sets at 150
