sets at 260, missed here, first misses of this training cycle. This amounts to 330-340 at lockout, had no legs tonights, I will get this with a better planned out day next week.

Military Press on Knees

Close Grip Incline

Front Raises
sets at 85

Axle Curls
sets at 145

Felt bad all workout. Joints hurting and no energy. Lack of eating and sleep is for sure the culprit here. Gotta get back on track in the morning.
