training 10/25

This past training week has been really messed up day wise. Today was actually Thursdays normal lift. But due to starting the training week an a Wednesday this is what worked out best. One more day of heavy lifting, then a deload, then MAX OUTS!

Close Grip 2 board bench
sets at 350 (heaviest bench weights post shoulder operations. Paltry numbers, but very happy about the stability of my shoulder girdle. I will be benching in the 400's again soon.)
