training 6/12

Box squats
wu to 342, then add reverse green band. We figured out it removed weight about the bottom 4-5 inches of the lift, and took off 50 lbs at 3 inches above bottom, and 70 all the way in the whole

602X1 (was planning on one, should've gone for 3, very easy. I have a 600 squat in me for sure. The speed was good and I think without the bands I can still get this, I will hit it next time I'm feeling up for it.)
